What is this in welsh?

I was going to get a tattoo, but i wanted it to mean something to me, my dad gave me his dragon necklace before he died and said it would be a guardian angel to be. He also said the paragraph below me. I wanted to get this on my back with a dragon picture. I am half welsh so I was wondering if there is anyone who can translate this for me into welsh:

Ok Well all the answers above has pointed out have used an online translator and they make no sense what so ever and are absolutely rubbish, I wish they'd just leave it to Welsh speakers like me and answer question in which they know what they are talking about.
