Is this a good idea for my first tattoo?

For my 18th I either wanted to get a small tattoo with a fairy, Gemini sign or something I designed that is special to me. I had an idea and I'd like to know what the reaction is...

3 Sweetheart candy pieces, 1 pink that says Love, 1 green that says Luck and 1 purple that says Laughter? I'm not copying anyones design, I have never seen or heard of one like this before. So...what d'ya think?

Yeah, I like it the thought behind it and everything but I honestly dont like it as a tattoo...its more of a sticker design. But honestly its your body as long as it means something to you, who care if anyone likes it or not. I would wait a while before getting, let the idea grow on you. I got Aries in a cool cursive font on the back of my neck, I think zodic tattoo are great, no matter what you'll always be a Gemini, so you dont have to worry about it not meaning anything as you get older...
