tattoo design?

I'm looking to get a tattoo of a bow on my inner left wrist of about 1.5 x 1.5 inches. I've drawn the exact image I want but its really just a plain sketch; its not coloured in or shaded. This would be my first tattoo so I have no experience of how this works - do I need to get the design drawn out for me by a tattoo artist before I go to the studio, or would a tattooist be able to do it for me? I've found websites where you can pay designers to help you with your custom tattoo project, but is that really necessary? Thanks.

The tattoo artist has to draw it on their parafilm paper to kinda of put this outline on your skin first. Go into a local tattoo shop and talk to one of the artists there. Usually they can help draw/design the tattoo.. it's what they get paid for! Work with them and I'm sure you'll get it perfect! Good luck
