Tattoo on the middle of my neck?

Im thinking of getting a black dragon, maybe tribal and quite simple, not too much detail. I know it will hurt as it will be on the top of my spine, but is it the worst place to get it? Will it take long?

sounds pretty cool i want a tattoo on the middle of the back of my neck two itss gonna be my zodiac sign with different color bubbles are it i know it sounds stupid but it looks super cool and im asking the same question will it hurt, but it all depends on your pain level like when i went to get the tattoo i have on my wrist i actually google how much will it hurt and it scared me to death to read that it hurts alot cuz your vains are there n stuff but it didnt hurt that much by that much i mean i didnt feel anything i only felt the buriniing afterwards and its just based on you .
