Can anyone tell me the name of this magazine?

Back in the 80's I used to buy a magazine that contained lots of drawings of lowriders, aztec indians, cholos, cholas, lots of poems containing names of oldies, and lots of pictures sent in by poeple who read the mag. Basicly the whole mag looked like a tattoo. (It's not the Lowrider Magazine.)

It might be Low rider Art its an off shoot of the Low rider Mag? But I don't know if its been around since the 80's.
