I want a small tattoo of the peace sign on one of my fingers - I seen it in a magazine and it looks really good.

And I could cover it with a ring so I can still be professional.

How old do you have to be without a parents consent?

You have to be 18 and it will probably hurt to have it on your finger more than, say, your arm but the pain is bearable, especially for something so small.
