So you're too young. Sorry to burst your bubble. The age is 16 with parental consent, but that depends on the shop. Shops like New Tribe refuse to tattoo anyone under 18 even with parental consent.
Wait until you're a lot older. I know you're going to hate to hear it, but it's the God-honest truth. I've been wanting a tattoo since forever, and I've changed my mind a lot. I wanted this one at 16, but never got it. Now, I realise it was good that I never got it, because it would have been stupid and childish.
